I frequent a relative’s farm, and it’s annoying how some flies always stick to me like I’m a cow (Do they think I’m a cow!? Should I get offended!? lmao)

Lol, they don’t see you as an actual cow, but they see you the same as they would a cow – which is a potential food source.

They’re interested in sweat, proteins, carbohydrates, salts, sugars, and other chemicals on you. They won’t bite you, they’ll vomit, and liquefy potential food and then suck ’em up.
They’re attracted to the carbon dioxide you exhale, to the warmth of your body, to your sweat and salt, to your dead skin, to your hair oils, and some body-odors.
At least you’re attractive, eh? hahaha
