I think I’m on my final growth spurt and would like to make sure that I am as healthy as can be to get the max out of my growth. That being said, what is the ideal weight for a 5′ 11″ male?

You’re on the right track if you’re concerning yourself with your height-weight ratio – keep that up, and you’ll become a splendid and healthy adult.
I found several healthcare websites that say that a 5′ 11″ male should weigh around 155 – 189 lbs.
You’re right – males usually stop growing by age 16, and will usually have developed fully by 18.
Remember, though, being healthy is more important than fitting into charts. We’re unique individuals, and our bodies will vary even when there are similarities.
Cheers, man.
