Recently turned 15 and the thought that I’ll soon be an adult got me wondering if my weight is as it should be for proper growth (I know I’ll stop growing soon. Sad.)

When I was researching for a diet plan, I learned that your ideal weight depends on many things like height, build, and the ones in your question – gender and age. So, what’s a healthy weight for others might not be ideal for you.
The average I saw from a couple of websites is about 115.0 lb (52.1 kg) (and it’s also based on the average height)

Thank you, Ms!
