It means suspicious fool.
“Sussy” came from “sus” which means “suspicious.” It came from the video game called Among Us where people are generally suspicious of each other because they have to catch a spy among them.
“Baka” means “fool” in Japanese. “Baka” is one of those Japanese words that people tend to use on the internet like, “ara ara.”
