How do you know when to flip your pancake? I always flip before it’s ready and mess up my pancakes 🙁 Any tips will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

When I want my pancake to be a little bit moist on the inside, I flip shortly after I see a few bubbles pop and leave the flipped side to cook just a little more.
If I want to make sure my pancake is fully cooked or maybe more brown, I flip when I see that all the bubbles have popped and only holes are left.
The key is to make sure your pancake batter has set and can hold its shape so it can survive the flip. You can peek by moving your pancake with your spatula, but that can also ruin your pancake.
Generally, if the bubbles have popped and if the top of the pancakes looks fairly dry, then you can flip.
When you see the bubbles pop! If it looks like it can trigger someone with trypophobia (fear or disgust of patterns with lots of holes), it’s ready to be flipped lol
