Lemonade, typically made using lemon juice, water and sugar (that’s the traditional lemonade drink), does not naturally contain caffeine.
However, there are energy drinks that might come in “lemonade” flavor, and those will often contain caffeine ingredients.
There are also specialty drinks such as the “Lemonesso”. It’s a special blend of lemonade and espresso, and would contain caffeine.
Always read the ingredients, or ask the vendor if you’re concerned about caffeine intake..
