I believe so, yes. A fried chicken store in my area sells frozen fried chicken, and it’s the greatest thing ever. Just thaw and fry until thoroughly heated.
I imagine the same goes for any fried chicken.
You can definitely freeze fried chicken.
Here’s how:
Fry your chicken as usual and chill them completely.
Put them in a freezer-safe airtight container or bag, making sure they’re not squished so they can retain their shape and so it’s easier to take just what you need.
They can only stay good in the freezer for 4 months so make sure to label them properly with the date you made and froze them.
To thaw, simply transfer them to your fridge a night before you’ll cook them.
I’ll just add, instead of just freezing them directly in a container, you can also:
Freeze the fried chicken on a baking sheet and transfer them to your freezer-safe container/bag once frozen.
OR
Wrap each piece individually in either just cling wrap or cling wrap plus aluminum foil before putting them in your container.
