A lot of people say it’s either Black Widow, Hawk-Eye, or Falcon if you only consider their general character just because they’re the most “just human” in the sense that they don’t wear tank suits, aren’t wizards, shapeshifters, or literal aliens or God like the other Avengers.
But, if you took away all the cool and fancy stuff from the other, the “weaklings” skills and talents are definitely enough to overpower some of the other Avengers.
