Well, the most important is that you wear the protective equipment provided by the paintball place, of course.

For your personal clothes, you can go two ways.

1. Wear fairly thick clothes (like hoodies) or wear layers so that you can just remove them after for convenience and as an extra layer of protection from the paintballs.

2. Wear something light that can keep you cool while being active and won’t restrict your movement.

These goes for both your top and bottom. Whichever you chose, your main goal should be comfort and protection, and aim for the clothes that can cover your skin as much as possible. So, long sleeves and full-length bottoms, preferably breathable.

Your tops can be hoddies, long-sleeved shirts, jumpers, jackets, long sleeved athleisure tops.

Your bottoms can be jogging pants, tracksuit bottoms, cargo pants, athleisure pants.

For your footwear, wear something closed and comfortable – preferably something heavy-duty, like boots or high-tops with good ankle support. Ankle twists are one of the most common paintballing injuries, so wearing good shoes is essential.

Also, don’t wear any jewelry. You’ll be moving around a lot, and you can lose them. You won’t wear a diamond necklace at a gym – it’s the same thing, you get it.

Also, make sure you’re okay with dirtying the clothes and shoes you’ll be bringing, don’t wear your new clothes, lol.

Lastly, bring another pair of shoes and a change of clothes. You’ll probably need it.
