Age is not a big factor in determining the average IQ of people. The average IQ of a 13-year-old, or person of any other age, is 100. IQ scores of around 90 and 109 are considered normal or average. It is said that adults usually score somewhere in between the 70-130 range, so we get 100 as the theoretical average.
