Off-street parking is a public or private space specifically for parking that is not on the road or mainstream of traffic.
Surface car parks, roof parks, mechanical parks, underground car parks, and even private lots, garages, and driveways are considered off-street parking spaces.
Off-street parking means parking off the streets or parking anywhere but on the streets.
