Hi again. As I have said in my previous posts, I am trying to use just half of the measurements in a recipe I’m following and would like some help with the calculation. What is half of 2/3 cup? Thanks in advance.

It is complicated to downsize a recipe, so I’m happy to help.
The half amount of a 2/3 cup is 1/3 cup. You may also use 10 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons as a conversion for 2/3 cup measurement.
