You can tone your face by doing facial exercises or massages to make your face appear slimmer.
One facial you can try is the Jaw Dropper exercise. For this, you just have to drop your jaw as far down as you can while pushing your tongue against the back of your lower front teeth. Also, if you’re taking duck face selfies, you’re basically exercising, lol. From a duck face, pucked up lips position, you just need to repeatedly open and close your mouth outward while keeping your facial muscles tensed.
Or just tone your body altogether by doing cardio, eating right, and getting enough rest. Drink lots of water while you’re at it since, aside from it just being essential, drinking plenty of water can help you lose weight and fat that will eventually help you have slimmer cheeks.
