How many days are in 6 months? I know that we just have to add the days in months. I’m asking to make sure I show my kid the proper way to calculate it, so I’d appreciate it if somebody could help me with this. Thanks in advance!

If the 6 months of the year are specified, then add how many days they have.
If not, you can try:
6 months divided by 12 months = 0.5
0.5 multiplied by 365 days of the year = 182.5 or 183 (rounded up)
That’s the average. It matters what 6 months you’re talking about :/ If February is included, you’ll have two or three days less.
