I have been having my diet recently but I am not sure how many active calories should I burn in a day.

That’s a good question! In order to lose a pound, you need to have an idea of how many calories you have to burn on an average day.
Burning around 200-500 active calories per day is healthy. But you should also consider your age, sex, weight, and other factors. However, 200-500 is a good starting pace.
