I made too many burger patties and sloppy joes, and I was able to freeze them successfully – don’t know how to cook them again though lol How do you cook frozen burgers in the oven?
You can cook burgers and sloppy joes straight out of the freezer or you can thaw them first.
Either way, if you’re using an oven, here’s how to do it.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Place the burgers or sloppy joes in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. When your oven is ready, place your baking sheet in and bake your burgers or sloppy joes for about 25 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
If you put them in frozen, they’ll take longer to cook, so make sure to check their doneness even if they’ve been baking for 25 minutes.
