You can, but it’s not recommended. You can damage the waist trainer, and hurt yourself.
You’ll be moving around in weird positions when you’re sleeping, thus damaging the structure or loosening your waist trainer too much.
You may also lose some sleep or lessen the quality of your sleep due to the uncomfortable waist trainer.
Actually, a lot of medical practitioners and even fitness coaches don’t recommend wearing waist trainers at all because they can do more damage than benefits – if there are benefits at all.
