Log in to your Twitter account.

Enter the twitter handle name of the account you want to view the protected tweets.

From the list of the search click the account name. A small padlock icon will be displayed beside users with protected account.

Hit or tap the “Follow” button in the user’s profile screen.

Now you will have to pray and wait for the twitter account owner to approve your request. After they approve twitter will notify you through an email that your request was granted. When they allow you to see and receive their tweets, click on the users name in your “Following” list to view their tweets.
