How long does it take to freeze a banana?
A banana takes 60-90 minutes to freeze. Bananas can be frozen for far longer than they can be kept at room temperature. Bananas can be preserved for up to three months if properly stored.
How to quickly freeze bananas
Bananas should be peeled and cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick slices. Place bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer and freeze them. After that, place them in a freezer-safe container and return them to the freezer.
