There is only one thing you can do to increase height. Eat well, exercise, and be patient. The teenager will end up being exactly as tall as he/she is supposed to be. They may be that tall a bit sooner or a bit later, but beyond supplying the building blocks of growth, it is pretty much out of our hands.

1. Mix a coarse of salt or sugar with almond or coconut oil, then gently massage the mixture to your lips once a day.
2. Use a soft bristle brush or washcloth dipped in oil to exfoliate.
3. Use a moisturizer of lipbalm whichever threatment you try above.
Mild burns typically take around a week or two to completely heal. You might also want to consider applying the following onto your lips (rose water, olive oil, cucumber juice, strawberry) these agents are powerful!
If that’s too much to do for you then you could also go to a dermatologist for a laser resurfacing treatment. It is the absolute best treatment for severe elastosis and treating smoker lines.
