I’m following a recipe that asks for 4 oz of dry ingredients, but I don’t have a weighing scale. I have measuring cups tho. Is it possible to convert 4 oz to a size of a cup?

It’s good that you included that you’re asking for dry ingredients because measuring ounces in wet and dry ingredients are different.
For wet ingredients, we measure fluid ounce (abbreviated as fl. oz.) as volume. For dry ingredients, we measure ounce (abbreviated as oz.) as weight.
That means 4 oz = 1/2 cups. 4 oz also equals 8 tablespoons.
Just remember that 1 oz is 1/8 of a cup, and you can do the math.
