I received a lot of avocados, and you know how they are – they’re fast to spoil. So I plan to make a big batch of Guac from them and maybe freeze them so they last long? Is that a smart idea?

Short answer, yes. Just make the simplest recipe you can because adding things like tomatoes or any watery ingredient can ruin the texture of the guac once thawed. But aside from that, freezing guac is a great idea.
Definitely a smart idea. But since you’re making a big batch make sure to portion them before freezing because it’s not good to refreeze Guac.
