I saw someone eat a shrimp tail, and it’s strange cause everyone I know doesn’t. Can you even eat shrimp tails?

If you can chew the shrimp tail really well, then it’s fine. It’s not like it’s poisonous or anything. As you know, it’s quite fibrous and a bit plastic-like in texture, so if you don’t chew it well, it can be irritating on the stomach, but that’s it.
Depending on how it’s cooked, it can be easier to eat (if it’s deep-fried it’s really crunchy and crispy)
