I’m making a big batch of cookies and figured – I could just dump the whole bag of flour instead of measuring per cup if I knew how many cups are in a bag 😀 So, how many cups are in a bag of flour?

Depends on how big your bag of flour is and what type of flour it is.
1 pound of all-purpose flour contains around 3 ⅔ cups.
1 pound of bread flour contains approximately 3 ½ cups.
1 pound of cake flour contains around 4 cups.
1 pound of pastry flour contains around 4.28 cups.
For 10 lb of each kind:
10 lb of all-purpose flour is 36.2 cups
10 lb of bread flour is 34.9 cups
10 lb of cake flour is 39.8 cups
10 lb of pastry flour is 42.8 cups
