I’m planning to get a double nose piercing but am hesitating if I should get them simultaneously or on separate sessions. What do you guys think?
What’s holding you back from getting them at the same time? Honestly, I feel like getting them both at the same time is better.
Separate times
Cons
More time spent (have to go back for 2nd session)
Longer healing time (not about the actual healing time of your wound, but if they’re done at different times, they’ll start and end healing at different times, essentially stretching the time you’re in pain and have to do aftercare longer)
Pros
You can enjoy having just one piercing for a while (though you can also have 2 holes but use just one, so meh)
Same time
Pros
One session, and you’re done, save time.
The pierced part will heal at the same time, less time in pain and less time you have to do aftercare.
Cons
It might hurt more, especially the second, because your body is already sensitive because of the first piercing.
I’m still voting for doing them both at the same time.
