Hello! I’m currently looking to rent a house in an English speaking country, and I found the term “Row House” in a real estate listing. What does it mean? What kind of house is a “Row House”? It would help a lot if you can tell me. Thank you!

Row houses, as the name suggests, are houses lined up in a row. They’re often connected by a common wall as well as a roofline. They’re mostly residential and are low-rise.
Here’s a picture. Good luck in house hunting!
The question is already answered, but since you said you’re looking to rent, I’d just leave advice. Make sure the walls aren’t thin! Row houses share a common wall on one or both sides of the unit, so if you don’t choose wisely, you’ll end up in a really noisy house (based on experience)
Cheers!
