Does anyone here know what these symbols ー, 「, and 」 mean in Japanese? I always see these in the title of Japanese songs on YouTube.

Same! I’m a fan of a few Japanese bands too, so I also always see those.
The 「 and 」 are equivalent to quotation marks ” ” in English.
For example, 米津玄師 「Lemon」 is just Yonezu Kenshi “Lemon” (reeeaally love this song, listen to it if you haven’t! :D)
The ー ,on the other hand, is called chōonpu and is a long vowel mark (usually only used in katakana). It can also be written vertically |(when Japanese is written vertically). It’s used to elongate vowel sounds.
Here’s how it looks like in writing, so it’s easier to understand.
