I want to search for one near me, but I don’t know what to search for, haha. What do you call a Japanese restaurant where they cook in front of you?

Teppanyaki (pronounced te-pan-ya-ki) is the Japanese style dining where the chef (referred to as Teppanyaki chef or Hibachi chef) cooks in from of you – either at a shared table or in a private setting and often with entertaining techniques (much like how bartenders use entertaining techniques)
The long flat iron griddle they’re cooking at is called the “teppan.”
“Teppan” and “yaki,” are also the Japanese words for grilled or broiled.
The restaurants that offer Teppanyaki experience are called Hibachi restaurants.
