Just like ducks, chickens are not mammals. They are birds.
The determining characteristics of mammals are:
1. They are animals that have hair or fur (chickens usually have feathers)
2. Females produce milk (hens don’t)
3. Mammals are born alive (chickens hatch from eggs)
4. They have teeth that can be replaced once (chickens don’t have teeth)
The only similarity chickens have with mammals I can think of is that they’re both warm-blooded.
