A Chase Bank debit card can be activated in four sure fire ways. One is by calling Chase Bank customer care through a toll-free number, where the automated system will help you activate your debit card by providing the card number and pin. The second and easiest way is by going to a Chase ATM and conducting a normal transaction.
This will activate the debit card. The third method is by going to the bank in person and activating it there. The fourth and final way is by doing it online through the ChaseCard verification website where you will sign in and activate the card.
The number through which to call is always located on the sticker on the back of the card.
You will then be assisted by the automated system or by a customer care representative in order to activate the card. It should be noted that when activating through the call method, use the exact number that was input or that you provided during the registration process. This is to protect you and your card so that should someone else have your card, they cannot activate it with their phone number.
