Most yeast packets, whether they’re instant yeast, bread machine yeast, or rapid rise yeast, come in ¼-ounce packets or envelopes, and ¼-ounce of weight is equivalent to 2 1/4 teaspoon in volume.
Short answer, 2 1/4 teaspoon.
