I’m thinking of moving, and I found a house I liked. That house has a 300 square feet sized bedroom. Can you help me visualize how big that is? Is that too big for a bedroom for one? Can you fit a queen-size bed in 300 square feet?

300 square feet is about the size of the interior of a school bus so, if it’s just a room, that’s quite big.
200 square feet is often described to be the size of a one-car garage with some room, and 400 square feet as a two-car garage with some room. So, 300 square feet is between those two – maybe 2 cars side by side and no wiggle room?
