Usually, no.
Most lions live in grassland, savanna, dense scrub, and open woodland.
Although in 2012, an environment association in Germany called NABU (Nature And Biodiversity Conservation Union) photographed some lions in the Kafa Biosphere Reserve in Ethiopia and vowed to set up a dedicated conservation fund for said lions.

But back to your question, calling lions the King of the Jungle is inaccurate because these big cats are rarely in a jungle.
