We postponed some construction because of the rain. We want to finish it ASAP, but it’s still raining. Can we just go through with it even though it’s raining? Can you pour concrete in the rain?

No. Rain can affect the integrity of the concrete and increase the risk of dusting and scaling.
Just wait for the rain to stop before pouring, and if it rains after you’ve poured, don’t let it get rained on. Cover the surface of your freshly poured concrete (2-4 hours is still considered fresh) from the rain. If your concrete has been poured 4-8 hours before being rained on and has set fully, it should be fine even if it gets rained on, the effects would be minimal.
Still, it’s best to cover if you’re not sure if your concrete has fully set so that the rain doesn’t seep in and damage your concrete.
