Islam does not approve of permanent physical changes through cosmetic interventions to the body but matters of temporary improvement can be considered permissible, for example, henna tattoos. however lip filler are slso temporary.

Below is Islam’s view on cosmetic surgeries in general.
“It is not permissible for a woman to change something that Allah has created for her either by adding or subtracting in order to achieve beauty, it must not be good to like her husband or other reasons.” (Quoted in Fathul Bari, 10/377)
Although, some would argue that a filler is fine since it offers only temporary results.
I will depend on the individual and their views and interpretation of the scripture.
